NCAtrak Guide:

 

  • The CPM-PTS Tab is located within the VA Tab within a case

  • The CPM-PTS Tab will be activated by NCAtrak Personnel upon request. Once it is activated within NCAtrak it is located under Roles as an option to allow users to have access. Once the Roles are identified that need to have access to the CPM-PTS Tab click Set Privileges for that Role. The Privileges area will open, and the CPM-PTS Tab Privileges is located under Step 2. Case Tab & Person Biography Privileges.

  • To Provide access for that Role the blue dot will need to move to View or Update. When on None the CPM-PTS Tab is not visible, View the CPM-PTS Tab is visible but not editable, Update the CPM- PTS Tab is visible and editable.

  • When the tab is visible the user will see the following fields:

  • When in a case and on the CPM PTS Tab if a survey has been completed dates will list for the Survey Date field. If a survey needs to be completed click the Link to the Screener and it will open a new window with the screener or you can use the following link URL: https://pips.ncatrak.org/surveys/?s=PDM7K7TNN8Y37LJ8

  • Two Reports are available for the CPM-PTS screeners within the Reports Management area. The CPM-PTS Case Report lists cases that have completed the screener. The CPM-PTS Statistics Report provides statistical information about screening responses.
