New Guardify Integration
- A new "Send to Guardify" button was added to the Reports tab on Cases.
- Select a Report Format and click the “Send to Guardify” button to securely generate and send a file to your selected Guardify record.
- From Guardify, you can share reports with your MDT members and preserve Chain of Custody tracking.
Person Record Management
- A new Client List was added to the home screen, allowing you to easily view all Alleged Victim/Client records for you and your center as distinct person records.
- Click on a client name to go to their Personal Profile.
- Use "Export to Excel" to download a copy of your Client List.
- Click “Customize Table” to choose the columns you want displayed.
- This was previously a button called “Config” on the Case List. It has been renamed to "Customize Table" for both the Case List and the Client List.
- A new People tab was added to the Home screen, which you can use to search across all person records and take actions.
- The existing "Chapter Person Search" button was replaced with a checkbox for "Include Shared Records".
- This search option allows you to find person profiles (victims, alleged offenders, etc) from other centers.
- You can use the contact information provided in the search results to ask the originating center for any additional information about the person.
- You can select multiple person records and click “Add to Case” to add the selected records to an existing case or create a new one.
- You can use the People tab to find and add multiple person records to CAC Events such as prevention trainings or support groups. This builds upon our Event updates from June 2025.
- The previous 'Add Names' page was updated to 'Add Person' and included as a button on the People Tab.
- The existing "Chapter Person Search" button was replaced with a checkbox for "Include Shared Records".
- Addresses and phone numbers have moved to a new "Contact Info" tab for person records, agencies, and your CAC/MDT Setup page.
- With the new Address History table, you can view and manage historic addresses on the Personal Profile.
- Set a Start Date and/or End Date on the address to ensure it displays for appropriate reporting on cases.
- The new Phone Numbers table allows you to track multiple phone numbers and phone types.
- The Agency and CAC/MDT Setup pages were updated to use the new Address History and Phone Numbers tables for improved contact management.
- Note: Emails may move to this new setup in a future update depending on the feedback we receive.
Reporting Updates
- We’ve added an Excel export option for Schedule Reports and Management Reports.
- Note: An Excel export option for Custom Reports has been added to our 2026 development roadmap.
- Caregiver Current Age is now available as a field in Custom Reports.
- Biography Custom Field 9 is now available as a field for Chapter reporting.
- We’ve fixed a bug that caused an error in Custom Reports when including the new “Session Funding Source” field for the Service Log.
- We've improved report performance for management and custom reports, including the VOCA Report, which depended on Case Prosecution data.
Minor Improvements
- On the FI tab, 'Observers' was added as a field when clicking “Details” or expanding a session on the Interview Services Log.
- On the Medical tab, a new comment box was added under the "Allergies" checkbox to track additional notes about the allergy.
- On the Medical tab, Physical Exams were updated to properly track and display the right Percentile.
- On the Reports tab, case reports have been updated to allow for reporting of all custom fields and will appropriately reflect any fields your center has renamed.
- On the LE and Prosecution tabs, the Alleged Offenders dropdown was updated for Charges, Prosecution Decisions, and Prosecution Outcomes to include options for "Unable to Identify," "Unknown," and "N/A".
