NCAtrak September Release Header Banner
Since 2005, the NCAtrak team has been working closely with NCAtrak users in bringing you a platform with an evolving powerful suite of tools that will help you make the most impact in creating a brighter future for all kids.

A heads up that our September Update will be releasing in just a few weeks on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025. Take a look at what you can expect.
 

September 2025 Release Notes


New Guardify Integration 

  • A new "Send to Guardify" button will be added to Case Reports.
  • Select a Report Format and click the “Send to Guardify” button to securely generate and send a file to your selected Guardify record.
  • From Guardify, you can share reports with your MDT members and preserve Chain of Custody tracking.

Person Record Management 

  • We’re adding a Client Listto the home screen so you can easily view all clients for you and your center. 
    • Clicking on a client name will take you to their Personal Profile. 
    • Similar to the Case List, you can click “Customize Table” to choose the columns you want displayed. This was previously a “Config” button and has been updated for both the Case List and the Client List. 
    • You can use "Export to Excel" to download a copy of your Client List.

  • The home screen is also getting a new Peopletab where you can search across all person records and take actions. 
    • The existing "Chapter Person Search" is being renamed to "External Record Search" and will be available as a search option. 
    • You can select multiple person records and click “Add to Case” to add the selected records to an existing case or create a new one. 
    • We’re building upon our Event updates from June 2025. You can use the people tab to find and add multiple person records to CAC Events such as trainings or support groups. 
  • Addresses and phone numbers are moving to a new "Contact Info"tab on the Personal Profile for person records. 
    • With the new Address History table, you can view and manage historic addresses on the Personal Profile, including setting Start Dates and End Dates. 
    • A new Phone Numbers table allows you to track multiple phone numbers and phone types . 
    • The Agency view is being updated to use the new Phone Numbers table for better phone number management. 
    • A new HIPAA-compliant Address Autofill tool is being added to make it faster and easier to add new addresses to a person’s Address History.

Reporting Updates 

  • We’re adding an Excel export option for Schedule Reports and Management Reports
    • Note: An Excel export option for Custom Reports has been added to our 2026 development roadmap. 
  • Caregiver Current Age will be available as a field in Custom Reports. 
  • Biography Custom Field 9 will be available as a field for Chapter reporting. 
  • We’re fixing a bug which caused an error in Custom Reports when including the new “Session Funding Source” field for the Service Log. 
Minor Improvements
  • On the FI tab, Observers will be added as a field when clicking “Details” or expanding a session on the Interview Services Log.

  • On the Medical tab, a new comment box is being added under the "Allergies" checkbox to track additional notes about the allergy. 
  • On the Medical tab, Physical Exams were updated to properly track and display the right Percentile. 
  • On the Reports tab, case reports have been updated to allow for reporting of all custom fields and will appropriately reflect any fields your center has renamed. 
  • On the LE and Prosecution tabs, the Alleged Offenders dropdown was updated for Charges, Prosecution Decisions, and Prosecution Outcomes to include options for "Unable to Identify," "Unknown," and "N/A". 
NCAtrak first went live 20 years ago as the first case management software system by CACs, for CACs. Whether you've been there since the start or have joined the community since, we're so grateful for you.
