You have a query that is not showing any information in a column that should have information listed.

Steps to troubleshoot:

Step 1:

Copy the query:

Step 2:

Edit the query and add case number to the Group By section:

Step 3:

Run the report. Look for the blank rows. Using the case number go into the case and make sure the information is added.
